Can’t even create an account, useless app.
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me request a record unless I put in my id but every time click take a photos of if it immediately shuts out. How should I trust them uploading my records here if the app is already faulty.

Is this a high school project?
The user experience of this app is abysmal. It follows absolutely no common conventions for layout, interaction and titling. Yet it’s widely used and endorsed by clinics, diagnostic services and hospital groups. Rankly amateur and substandard in every way. In an afternoon, even a novice could craft something better than this.

Would give O stars if available
Having trouble with app. No email or phone number to get help. Doctor’s off just keeps saying app issue. But no one knows how to contact app support.
