Constantly crashing. Just can’t get anything done.
Govt ID??
I have to hand over my govt ID and SIGNATURE? How about you do what banks and brokerage houses do - a secure online portal. This is ludicrous. And getting my results otherwise has to come in the mail?

It just chugs along and never opens. Useless.

This is the worse app ever. Cannot access, cannot create new password, they don’t even send a link is text when they claim link is sent. Their software dev folks are incompetent stupid as #%*+

Will not allow password change keeps reporting an error with the email THEY USED TO CONTACT ME!

This app doesn’t work. I receive emails saying I have available results but nothing ever shows up in the app.

Been trying to view my records or nearly an hour with no luck. Even says, “Hsllo Dave!” & my name is not Dave; in fact i m an female.

This company is a joke. The requested imaging documents are never delivered. In a constant pending status. Definitely will find a provider that doesn’t use this service.

Same issue as others. Did a request a few months ago and I’m still waiting. Right now when I open the app it stays blank.
Can’t Create an Account
I’ve tried several times. First I tried to create an account. It stated already have an account. I never had this app. It makes me question it. Then I tried to reset my password. It stated “there is an error”. Goodbye app

Unusable
Total joke. Can’t make a request for records as it won’t upload a picture of my driver license. Just says “some error occurred” every time I try to upload it.
Easier than I thought.
I had a difficult time setting it up, but realized it wasn’t the app. Once set up, it was easy to open and review results.
Non functional
Similar to others. Click the Download button and the app says, “Starting Download “ with nothing else happening. Happens with the Zip file and with the ISO file. Can’t open the file to view it. Tried calling them on the phone using the number my health provider gave me but after 5 or 10 minutes it gives me one option, leave a message. I did that and received no response. I hope no one is paying these folks for anything!

Can’t even make an account
Well, I don’t even know what rating I would give it because I can’t even make an account!! When you are creating a new account, it doesn’t give you the option to make a password (instead it has you select your time zone for some reason… in a super confusing way I might add.) So after you are finished and go to login it won’t work, obviously, because whatever password you put in will be invalid. And then when you select the “Forgot Password” option and enter in your email, it says an error has occurred (I’m guessing it’s because you don’t actually have a valid account yet.) To top it off, calling the customer support just has you on hold for 10-15 minutes before they tell you that they are too busy to answer your call and to leave a message for them. I feel super bad for the support agents, I’m sure they get screamed at on a daily basis. Just hire someone who actually knows how to create an app and it would make life easier for all of us.
