Decent but flawed
You can do the main stuff you need to but the UX and performance is just bad. It’s like some janky website with an app shell. Would like an app that felt native with modern UX patterns, and work with network partners to handle all contact through it.
This app sucks part 2
I forgot to mention in my last review that this app crashes CONSTANTLY. I think all of the 5 star reviews are fake. Probably fl blue employees. There’s no way this app has a legit 4.8/5 rating. It’s terrible.
Not Optimized for small iPhones
Unfortunately, I can’t tell how good this app is or isn’t because I cannot log in. The “Continue” button which needs to be clicked to approve the Terms lies below what you can tap. I can see it, move it up, and watch it drop down every time I try to click on it! Test this on all iPhones!

Bad Mobile functionality
I have used this app in past years. I was thrilled to be able to have FL Blue; however, when I went to sign back into the app, a website terms consent window pops up but I cannot click on the button because the window covers the button. It’s impossible for me to sign in now with the app. I’m sure this has something to do with a recent update or something, but it’s frustrating. I do hope the fix it.

What is wrong with this app!
As another commenter stated over 2 months ago there is an issue with the continue button disappearing below the screen view. So I can’t get logged in because I can’t accept the new terms and conditions. These guys are so concerned about their legal stuff that they’re keeping policy holders from accessing their account. Always been a lot of frustration dealing with this company.

Utterly useless
If you somehow manage to create an account (because it will try to refuse every password you try depute following the strict rules in creating one, then it wants you to create security questions. So you carefully read the strict rules for security questions, obtain green check marks next to each one and it still denies them. If you manage to skip past them because it won’t let you actually create them, it says it needs to verify you. At this point, it finally gets honest and just says it cannot access that function. So now I have a useless app, no real idea of what my benefits are or access to a provider list.
Avoid the app and the insurance. If they are this inept with the website you need to use, how bad are they at the actual care and coverage? I was signed up for this at work. I’ll be seeing if it can be changed to anything else.

Broken app
When viewing claims the filtering doesn’t work and I can’t view or download the PDF version of claims.
App barely works
Really frustrating to use. The app crashes all the time. PDFs download blank, you can never log in, and there is no support beyond calling if you can’t access the app for messaging. FL Blue, PLEASE fix this app, please invest more in it so it’s usable.

Ever since the last update any time I try to download my insurance card the app crashes and closes. Please fix it asap.

I’m so fed up with Florida blue. I have NEVER been able to log in via app nor website. Absolute garbage. Cant even get the either to load a single screen.
Very buggy
Finding billing and payment history is not intuitive and once you do, it doesn’t give you much useful info unless you download the PDF. But when I try to download it, the app crashes
Can't log in
I log into the website with my username, but the app asks for my email address. Apparently my email has a different password which I can't find, nor have I received the password reset request. I can't use it if I can't access it.
App is unusable.
Can’t get anywhere because app choices do not appear on screen. They are off the screen.
Prescriptions
I’ve never had a problem with them. They’ve been my insurance company for seven years now. Now I have a major issue. My wife has been on a certain medicine for 10 years. Florida Blue has been paying for it for almost 7 years. Went to pick it up the first time this year and it said it needed to be pre-authorized. My doctor sent in the forms and they denied it been working on it for three weeks to get it approved. This isn’t just any medicine. This is a medicine my wife needs and has to have. They’ve been paying for for almost 7 years now all of a sudden it’s a problem. We’ve tried all the others that they listed on the denial. None of them worked or they had really bad side effects on her. This is the only one that works. In the five days she’s gone without it. We were within hours of having to go to the hospital. I finally had to pay out-of-pocket $430 for one month supply. We typically pay $10 for three month supply. I don’t know what they don’t understand about. This is a new medicine. This is a medicine they have been paying for for years that she desperately needs there shouldn’t be any question about it and there should be no delay in paying for it. When they are going to do something like this kind of would be nice. Not When you go to pick up your told, Insurance won’t cover it. This puts you in a jam right out of the gate. What they should do is pay for at least one more month until it’s approved again make sure you’re getting what you need. A medicine that if you stop taking it, you got violently ill or had bad effects on your body. I can’t believe they did this. I’m still fighting for it and have not gotten an answer yet. I guess they’d rather pay a $25,000 hospital bill then pay for the medicine that is needed

Actually THE most useless app
I cannot access anything on this app.
It will not even allow me to log in half of the time. It says it needs to verify my identity (which I understand) but it fails every time.
Just wasting space on my phone.
