Super convenient
I’ve used it several times and have had great experiences each time. I’m able to upload pics, add information. I can see which providers are available when I sign on and have a provider that I’ve used several times and it lets me pick which provider I want to use so there’s more continuity. I still go to my primary at times but I use Baycare anywhere most of time because of the convenience, and it is more immediate and I’m not having to make an appointment. I used it once while I was at work so I didn’t have to miss work to go see someone. Highly recommend it.

False announcement of 24/7
This app is a complete disappointment. They boldly advertise “24/7 online doctors,” yet every time I needed help, every single doctor was offline for HOURS. That’s not a minor issue — that’s straight-up misleading advertising.
I contacted their support and got a copy-and-paste excuse about doctors “managing their own schedules,” which basically confirms they know the service isn’t truly 24/7 while still promoting it as if it is. Then when I replied asking why they claim 24/7 if they can’t provide it, they completely ignored my message. No accountability, no honesty, nothing.
If your health matters, don’t rely on an app that promises 24/7 care but disappears when you actually need it. This is misleading, unreliable, and unacceptable from a healthcare service.

I was seen by the provider quickly, she was very efficient, knowledgeable , and professional. All of my questions were answered and more importantly medications prescribed quickly to get me back to feeling better! I would definitely use this service again! Best thing about this service is I didn’t have to leave my house and expose anyone else to my sickness.

My daughter spoke with Dr Behrens. She was very nice and professional. I am a RN and I wish all physicians could have her bedside demeanor and manners. Made my daughter feel completely comfortable and was able to help us in a short time.

Patient Friendly
I’ve had to use this service twice in the past two years during my Florida trips. Came down with some respiratory problems and needed meds to recover. The PA was available online and I was treated immediately. Really receptive to my complaints and ailments. Sent out Rx to pharmacy of my choice. Don’t suffer on your trip. Get treated and get better soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing Care on the Go
I realized I forgot my asthma inhaler‘s while traveling and was able to get a prescription in the small town I’m visiting. Kind and helpful medical professionals. Would’ve spent all day waiting in an urgent care if it weren’t for this app!

Overall the app is good. Two providers I had chosen stopped seeing patients after I had entered all my information- twice. Once I connected with the provider, all went well.
