Super convenient
I’ve used it several times and have had great experiences each time. I’m able to upload pics, add information. I can see which providers are available when I sign on and have a provider that I’ve used several times and it lets me pick which provider I want to use so there’s more continuity. I still go to my primary at times but I use Baycare anywhere most of time because of the convenience, and it is more immediate and I’m not having to make an appointment. I used it once while I was at work so I didn’t have to miss work to go see someone. Highly recommend it.

False announcement of 24/7
This app is a complete disappointment. They boldly advertise “24/7 online doctors,” yet every time I needed help, every single doctor was offline for HOURS. That’s not a minor issue — that’s straight-up misleading advertising.
I contacted their support and got a copy-and-paste excuse about doctors “managing their own schedules,” which basically confirms they know the service isn’t truly 24/7 while still promoting it as if it is. Then when I replied asking why they claim 24/7 if they can’t provide it, they completely ignored my message. No accountability, no honesty, nothing.
If your health matters, don’t rely on an app that promises 24/7 care but disappears when you actually need it. This is misleading, unreliable, and unacceptable from a healthcare service.
