Horrible Navigation
Can’t find what I actually need and keep getting directed to useless information. All I want are my records and results. I’m not a Dr and I don’t need to know how to interpret every little thing.

iPad Issues
Agree with other comments about this app - why not use MyChart like my other docs do. Also on IPad the “app” doesn’t rotate to landscape.. have to turn the iPad on its side which is a bit of a pain if I have an attached keyboard. I’ll jus use the web page.
Hard to navigate and lots of glitches
Seriously substandard app. Pages and reports load cropped. No way to print results. Confusing navigation. Basically worthless.
Embarrassing joke of an "app"
Rather than joining an established medical app network like MyChart, Baycare opted for what I suspect is a far cheaper route of creating an app wrapper around their mobile website. The result is that their app offers a slower,clunkier experience than if you simply opened a browser. It also means simple integration with face ID, Billing, test results and appointment management is simply not there. This is pathetic showing for such a large medical provider. They need to fire whatever consultants implemented their app and hire a proper scrum team to implement MyChart (or some equivalent) immediately.
