Buggy
The app gives me an error 50% of the time that I login and can’t access any of my chart documents. Very unreliable when needed. Almost always end up going to the web version to access my chart. When it works is great. Just not reliable.

Excellent and professional care!
I’ve been admitted twice over the last 30 days. The care I received has been exemplary! From the check-in staff, to the lab, to the ER personnel, to x-ray personnel, to the nursing staff, to the doctors and specialists, even to the housekeeping and dietary personnel, everyone was kind, positive, helpful, and concerned about my health and care. I could say “I will be back“ but I’d rather just say thank you instead.

MRA
I am a VA Community Care patient and today I had a MRA. This my second Community Care experience with AdventHeath and have not been disappointed. Everyone from the reception desk to nursing staff to specialist and doctors has been nothing but positive.
My first experience with AdventHeath was in Urology and ended up having both a Urolift and a TURP. When I was being sent for the MRA, I requested AdventHealth. If the opportunity occurs again for Community Care, I will continue requesting AdventHealth East. Thank you AdventHeath team. You are the best.
