Can’t see imaging
I don’t like the fact that I can not view the imaging that was done
This app is horrible
The most important tasks and functions are hidden. I wanted to send a message to a provider. I couldn’t find the icon. You might want to look at advent health app as an example of a very good and functional app.

Easy to use and find info. I like that everything is all on one app. Messaging your healthcare team is quick and easy. Highly recommend
Super convenient for busy parents
We’ve been able to book appointments directly through the app a few times now, and it works perfectly every single time with zero hassle. It's also really cool to look back at past appointments and keep track of everything in one place especially for seeing growth and milestones over time. It definitely beats having to call the office for every little thing. Highly recommend for any parent!

Why is there never a direct chat option?
Where is the help? The billing section makes no sense and has no real info. The balance “total” they’ve added doesn’t equal the amount it should.
