Long wait
It's impossible to know how many people is in front of you while you wait. They keep reassigning you and each time you wait longer. I only needed to see a doctor for 5 minutes. What is the point of this app? Every time I use it the wait time gets longer just for 5 minutes with a provider.
THE WORST TELEHEALTH PLATFORM
The fact that you just sit there in the waiting room and can’t navigate away without losing the visit place. It is 2026 and this is a far inferior product to other telehealth platforms out there. Your provider network is great. Go white label better solution!
Just go to urgent care
This is my second visit and I had to come to the reviews to see if they actually provide prescriptions! Both visits being something that would required medication and neither child received anything of the sort. Long wait, short visit, same pain, no cure! This is quite literally a big waste of time!

Make sure your insurance will cover this otherwise you’ll be stuck with a couple hundred dollar bill!
Not a convenient option
I waited 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment on this app. I could’ve been in and out of an urgent care faster. This service is only convenient for the doctors and staff, not for the patients.
