App never works
The app is ridiculously slow, including logging in, and it frequently times out trying to do things. For yet another attempt to use care on demand, I have given up after an hour. This is the 4th time this year I have attempted to use it and given up … and I work in IT. Yesterday I attempted to change my primary care provider to also give up in frustration because it is not possible in the app despite it indicating otherwise. This app should be delisted for the simple fact this app seldom, if ever, works.

Using PineApp
After signing in, you have to retrieve a verification code. But finding my way back to the screen where the code must be entered is more often than not an exercise in futility, and I end up just giving up in frustration!

This app is so poorly developed, that there’s probably no way to fix it. They should just scrap it and start from scratch. The only reason to use it — because they don’t provide an alternative. It is so painfully slow with tons of useless auths and ui elements!
