Difficult to maneuver
In my bevy of apps, both healthcare and insurance, the PineApp is the hardest to navigate, the least informative , and the slowest to respond.

Sometimes it doesn’t work and I need to reinstall, but besides that, it is very helpful!
Shows you everything
This app is amazing. It’s very easy to use, shows you all your reports, and you can even see your images which is pretty cool!
Problems with app
Not all doctors are showing up in this app to make appointments and see canceled ones. We’re going to call the helpline to see if they can fix this issue.

Insurance coverage
I like the convenience of the app for registration. However, it seems to continually have issues with reflecting my correct insurance. Either it switches my secondary and primary insurances. Changed since I begin coming to MCI in 2023 period or when trying to confirm my coordination benefits it reflects the wrong insurance and won’t let me correct it even though on the app it reflects the correct insurance under insurance coverage.

What happened with the app??? Is being weeks that the lab is showing an error.
Really great with WiFi
The PineApp is incredibly easy to use and navigate - as long as you have WiFi. Trying to do things outside of WiFi is spotty, but worth the wait if you can hang on to get connected.

Horrible App, what did they do to it?
What have they done to the app??? It has become completely useless. I was trying to find out upcoming appointments. It’s no longer there. The Virtual Chat is useless. Keeps thinking I want to MAKE an appointment. Apparently I have 2 messages it shows on the app. Except there is no way to access them. When I click on it, I have to log in again. And again, and again. I just can’t get to those messages. And I did first check out “Support”, but that just took me to the main page, and not to any support. And eventually it took me to the useless app again to log in yet again. It used to be such a great app!

Buggy and moody
The app is good when it’s working , and that is less than 40% of the time .
You have to log in and out multiple times to view messages and test results .
