Incredibly convenient, wonderful people
Every time my child needs a random DR appt, it takes maybe 30 minutes (depending on the wait time) all together. The nurses and doctors have all been so helpful, patient, and kind. I take advantage of this app constantly. They have an ear ache, KidzDoc. They have a sunburn, KidzDoc.
Horrible wait times, outdated app
This application is useless. You wait more time on this app than in person at an urgent care or hospital. What is the point of this resource if it delays care.
Terrible service overall
I’ve been using this telehealth service for a while, and it used to be great, which makes the decline even more disappointing. Lately, the experience has become absolutely terrible. The quality of the doctors has gone downhill significantly — many seem rushed, dismissive, and completely misinformed. It often feels like they don’t fully understand what they’re doing, yet still give confident advice that turns out to be incorrect.
Customer service is just as bad. Getting help is frustrating, responses are inconsistent, and nobody seems to communicate properly. I’ve received conflicting information multiple times from different representatives and providers, which is honestly concerning when it comes to healthcare.
What used to be a reliable and professional service now feels disorganized, careless, and unreliable. I would not recommend it anymore.

Will have you waiting ages
As I write this review we have still been waiting, constantly get assigned a practitioner but then unassigned and switched around, I’d hate to have a situation that requires expediency because this app will leave you in a sorry situation and calling 911. My baby girl was just constipated and in pain needed to see if it’s okay to use a lax but within that time she’s already gone, but I’m still stuck waiting to see what I need to do to make sure she isn’t like that again. The telehealth coordinators sometimes just don’t seem to be helpful besides telling us we have to wait longer.

I was waiting for a half hour and still no one got to me they kept changing the doctor on me
So many technical issues
The app itself won’t keep me signed in. Every time I try to sign back in, it says that my password is incorrect when I know I typed it in correct since I barely created it a few minutes before. I keep having to reset through my email and the sign in page on the app just stays buffering after receiving a code.
I had an appointment scheduled through our PCP but I was just put through the main waiting queue and waiting for 40 minutes past the original time. The app says to stay on so we won’t lose our spot, but waiting for over 40 minutes my phone started to overheat and was forced shut down until it cooled off. Once I was finally able to talk to a doctor we couldn’t even see or hear each other. I had to receive a link to try the call from my browser. It just seems like hurdle after hurdle with this app. The next time the doctors office tries to refer us to use this platform I will have to refuse

Horrible and expensive
They charged much more than an actual office visit and we only saw a nurse, not even a doctor. She prescribed something that did not work.
Completely Broken Login and No Real Support
This app is a complete mess. I have tried logging in from multiple devices, using different browsers, and even from my desktop, and it always gives the same login error. It clearly has major bugs that nobody is fixing. There is no real support line to call, just a loop of automated messages that eventually send you to a clinical nurse who cannot help with tech problems.
For an app meant to make medical care easier, it does the opposite. It wastes time and causes frustration when you need quick help the most.
Bottom Line: Totally unreliable. Constant login errors, no working support, and no accountability. Not something you can depend on in an emergency.

Worse then urgent care
What is the point of a telehealth offering that makes you wait over an hour especially when you have an appointment? Local urgent care in south Florida doesn’t take this long! Improve your services!!!!

Who are these people giving this app 5 stars? I haven’t even finished signing up yet and I’m compelled to rate this a -2 stars.

Not helpful
Doesn’t really help. They never prescribe any meds that are needed. I was worried about my son’s cough and they basically said he had the flu nothing we can do now. His cough is really deep and bad. Probably will end up in the er tonight.

Doesn’t work
You’ll spend forever watching the blue wheel waiting to login and nothing happens. I have to access through website which doesn’t work great but it’s quicker than the app.

I am a patient who went on this app who the doctor completely rushed through constantly asking questions and not waiting to give an answer from me then said she would prescribe prescriptions that she never did
Misleading
The app makes it seem like you can just sign up and talk to a physician. This is not true. The practice that answered my attempted visit refused to see us. They only served established patients of very specific practices and needed insurance information upfront that this app never collected as part of the sign up process.

Extremely long wait times
Have not had very good experience with using this app. I find it actually faster to pack up your kids and take them with you to the doctor office. I joined with only 4 patients ahead of me and I waited a little over 1 hour and a half and ended up canceling the “visit” because I can’t babysit my phone for 2 hours. The other time I used this app I waited almost 2 hours and when it became my turn the app exited me out and I had to start all over again. When you finally connect with a physician, everything feels so rushed

Ap doesn't work
The ap is super glitchy. We spent an hour making the account, verifying our email, getting logged in for the appt. At the end of all that, the ap said there were no providers in our state. But our kid's pediatrician had booked at appt for us. So we couldn't accomplish the telehealth appt for our child.
