This app is horrible
The most important tasks and functions are hidden. I wanted to send a message to a provider. I couldn’t find the icon. You might want to look at advent health app as an example of a very good and functional app.

Easy to use and find info. I like that everything is all on one app. Messaging your healthcare team is quick and easy. Highly recommend
Super convenient for busy parents
We’ve been able to book appointments directly through the app a few times now, and it works perfectly every single time with zero hassle. It's also really cool to look back at past appointments and keep track of everything in one place especially for seeing growth and milestones over time. It definitely beats having to call the office for every little thing. Highly recommend for any parent!

Why is there never a direct chat option?
Where is the help? The billing section makes no sense and has no real info. The balance “total” they’ve added doesn’t equal the amount it should.
Love This Portal
This is the best thing they could have ever done! This portal is a Godsend and it makes everything so convenient when it comes to ur child Health and Appts. U can reach out to ur child’s care team about anything and they are always quick to respond to whateva concerns u may have. I recommend getting this portal if u haven’t already.

Ok but could be better
The app is helpful in that I have access to all of my child’s information. The app itself/accessibility is very busy. The Home Screen is overwhelming. It is sometimes difficult to find exactly what I am looking for.
New updates
I’m loving the new update and how you can add your self to the waitlist and how it’s been sending messages when something sooner comes up and gives you a few hours or so to give your life out with your calendar. Thank you for making this so much easier to use.

Once you get used to this app it’s actually pretty easy. It’s nice I can see everything that’s going on with your child in one app. All his doctors, test results and notes. Really nice and convenient. Would recommend
