Terrible “App”
One star. This app is nothing more than a link hub. It links to sites and is clunky, does not have any of the functionality that the MyChart of other healthcare systems has. Embarrassing attempt at an app.
Something Wrong With App!!
Idk what is wrong with the App but I went to the option to get help with App and it was NO help at all as it was a chat bot and the prompts it gave kept bringing me back to the chat because there is a glitch in this App that will not allow me to access the Patient Portal. I reset my Password and despite doing that it still will not allow me to log in it blocks that out and goes to where you are forced to reset your password again. I hope someone gets this glitch fixed soon.

Worked like a charm - got me to the meeting I needed to get to with no snafus. Even showed me a picture of the door!
