Getting medication

I’ve been trying for the last two weeks to get a prescription to fill for DexCom7. My pharmacy provider had requested over a week ago for a prior authorization request so I can get theirs CGM. I am tried of pricking my finger to get readings. You have no number that I can talk to a live person. It apparently was taken off the app. NP Cordell is my health care provider. I have sent multiple request via email with no answer.

I have found this app super helpful on so many occasions. Getting lab results, scheduling appointments, and making payments are the features I use the most.
