What’s the point of this app exactly?
Not sure what the point of this app is. I “pre registered” just with my name and number and got a call from Dominique telling me they’re a walk in clinic so I could show up at anytime. That’s not what the app is supposedly for. But ok, I’ll just show up so I can wait hours. Pointless.
Stupid App
No one called me or put me in line and I filled out lots of paperwork from a lady who KEPT MY ID and insurance card for an HOUR before she got me entered in the system and hardly anyone was in the place!

Downloaded the app, answered 3 questions, hit send, and they contacted me right away! Because I was a new patient, I did fill out paperwork when I got there, but I was placed ahead in line because It stamped my “arrival”time as the time I hit send on the app. Pretty cool. I now have a MyChart account too so I’m automated from here on!

Garbage
Put my name down. Person at the minor med called me and literally told me that the app does not do what the description says. Utter garbage.
Doesn’t work. No one calls.
This is my 3rd time trying the ap. Each time I enter my information in just fine, it tells me someone will call in 10 minutes, then no one calls. Pointless!
