App has issues
I have notifications on but often don’t receive them anyway. I’ve had this app and used Baptist health with the same insurance provider for several years but this morning while trying to check in for a telehealth appointment the app dumped my insurance information and wouldn’t accept it when I re-entered my insurance. The app was requiring full payment to complete check in. I’ve been satisfied with its performance in the past but this is completely unacceptable.

Well Done SPOC
App is a thorough SPOC (single point of contact) for health records, appointments, reviews. Nice transparency and accountability. I highly recommend.
I went to the baptist hospital
I went with severe stomach pain and other symptoms but I was never seen by a Dr I waited for 7 hours I spoke to them twice but they completely ignored me they didn’t care that I was in a lot of pain I went home
Terrible app
You guys send me invites to participate in clinical studies for diseases I don’t have but not information for tests I have had.
Lacking in compassion
Our nurse seemed to hate her job. And had no compassion at all to my mother’s injury and pain she was in.
