App is a thorough SPOC (single point of contact) for health records, appointments, reviews. Nice transparency and accountability. I highly recommend.
I went to the baptist hospital
I went with severe stomach pain and other symptoms but I was never seen by a Dr I waited for 7 hours I spoke to them twice but they completely ignored me they didn’t care that I was in a lot of pain I went home
Terrible app
You guys send me invites to participate in clinical studies for diseases I don’t have but not information for tests I have had.
Lacking in compassion
Our nurse seemed to hate her job. And had no compassion at all to my mother’s injury and pain she was in.
Frustrated
I got an email saying that I have a new message in My Chart and when I log in, it takes me to all the research studies that I'm not even a part of. This happened multiple times, so I'm just going to ignore any further emails!!

No update available in Apple App Store
There is no update 9.3 version on Apple App Store. I’ve tried to get help to no avail until today. I was able to get to my info by using the MyChart with the red chart logo after several weeks of looking for the 9.3 version of the “green cross” logo.

New patient
I am a new patient to Dr Hubach. I was so nervous as I have had a lot happen in my past. The office staff was so sweet and helpful. Dr Hubach was amazing. Very soft spoken and made me feel comfortable. I greatly appreciate the way I was treated ❤️
Requires multiple logins
Anytime I get a notification and click on the notification link, I log in and then it kicks me off multiple times and I have to log in a minimum of three times.
Waiting
If I am expected to pay for my delivery up front, and pay a fee if I’m late, then I should not be charged full price for my appointment when I wait over an hour each time and my time with my doctor is cut down to 8 minutes. I have called for what I felt were emergencies and was told someone would get back to me and didn’t get a call or message for 3-4 days. I really like my doctor, which is the only reason I have stayed here, but I’m disappointed with lots of other things. I mentioned at a check up that I was worried about my baby and now have a diagnosis of anxiety and depression in my file. I didn’t say anything like that, but now it’s in my file forever apparently. I pay for my care and should have a little bit more say what happens.

Billing
I don’t appreciate being reminded several times via email that I have an overdue bill. I waited to pay until I received a paper bill. The due date is in February.
Care and appointments
The care received at BH has been great. Ask questions to make sure all tests needed are ordered. Scheduling is difficult: Scheduler is not available to talk to so notes are left for them. Don’t seem to care what time you request and why.

Baptist Health is amazing. They explained everything about the mammo core biopsy. The staff did a wonderful job at explaining each step. Can’t go wrong with this place.
Total right knee replacement
I could not find a better doctor and Dr. Wyatt and his staff did my knee replacement and Baptist everybody was a game on top of Everything Start to finish really made me comfortable the whole time.
