No customer service
I purchased a older camera from a friend just to watch my daughters bedroom and hallway. It is still connected to her account, and she is long gone, moved. I have messaged Bayit like four or five different times and nobody’s gotten back to me to unbind the camera from her account. So the camera is basically useless at this point. Why would I buy another newer product from this company if I can’t get a hold of anybody? Just some food for thought there.

No lee el qr ni agrega la cámara cuando hace el sonido si no es G5 el wifi no escanea la cámara que porquería pague 300 dólares por las cámaras y la aplicación no sirve
Would not recommend
After owning the Wi-Fi socket model: 1910 after a few years, the device no longer works. I cannot get the app to recognize the device and support has not been helpful.
If you’re ok spending money that will go to waste after a few years, go ahead. I would not recommend this product as the manufacturer doesn’t stand behind their product.

Motion
Love for this app to give me better notifications when people have motion dectection and it alerts me on my phone.
Wont connect
After trying for an hour now to get the silly camera to scan the QR code on my phone, I’ve given up and have decided the product is garbage. I do not recommend for anyone.

Im not getting notifications also I need to update my phone number on the app and its not letting me!! Can someone please contact me you guys are a joke
My experience over the first week
The camera I’mage could stand to be improved but, for what it is it’s an excellent product. Night vision is clear as day and gives no issues. I would highly recommend it for anyone with the need for peace of mind.
A waste of money!
It took hours to connect the cameras to the app. A few days later the video stopped working on the app. There’s no customer service to report issues. The troubleshooting options don’t work. I have 5 cameras and none of them work. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy Bayit cameras!

Excelente aplicación, fácil de conectar las cámaras, practica, deberían de habilitar el silenciar las notificaciones de alerta de movimiento sin tener que desactivar las alertas de movimiento.
Cool concept, connection loss during streaming
I really like all the features and it’s a nice camera for the price. The app is very well thought out and has some helpful features. On the other hand, it won’t stay connected more than 10/15 seconds before it drops the video feed. The signal is 90-99% and internet speed is always between 40-69 mbps. Hopefully the bugs get worked out as I’d like to add a couple more cams and smart lights. Thank you
