No customer service
I purchased a older camera from a friend just to watch my daughters bedroom and hallway. It is still connected to her account, and she is long gone, moved. I have messaged Bayit like four or five different times and nobody’s gotten back to me to unbind the camera from her account. So the camera is basically useless at this point. Why would I buy another newer product from this company if I can’t get a hold of anybody? Just some food for thought there.

No lee el qr ni agrega la cámara cuando hace el sonido si no es G5 el wifi no escanea la cámara que porquería pague 300 dólares por las cámaras y la aplicación no sirve
Would not recommend
After owning the Wi-Fi socket model: 1910 after a few years, the device no longer works. I cannot get the app to recognize the device and support has not been helpful.
If you’re ok spending money that will go to waste after a few years, go ahead. I would not recommend this product as the manufacturer doesn’t stand behind their product.

Love for this app to give me better notifications when people have motion dectection and it alerts me on my phone.
