Terrible!
Trying to connect by ANY means, is a pain. When you finely get it working, it won’t for long. I can (and will) write a better program to control this. I honestly can’t believe a company, who took the time to design/develop, build, market, sell, ship… (you get the pic) but totally fall flat on their faces with something as simple as a PTZ/IP application? I mean, COMPLETELY eludes them. Seriously, reach out… I think I could really help. OR I can most definitely find and connect you with someone who can. -

Extremely difficult to set up
I have tried for two days, wasting hours, trying to set up my cameras. They are BH1818 model. I have tried manually and quick start. The music plays but that is as far as it will go.

No Version Updates?
No updates in five years and no alternative apps for my existing camera. I’m unable to monitor once I’m out of range from my Wi-Fi router. Unable to update the firmware as the website I’m directed to is NOT secure, even when I disable my VPN. Nor can I access from my desktop. iPhone and iMac user.

A partir de este momento no puedes monitoriar tus cámaras remotamente desde otro lugar solo si estás en el lugar de la red donde está tu cámara conectada, yo tengo varias cámaras en distintas casas y ahora no puedo ver lo qué pasa en las casas si no estoy en ellas, para eso compre las cámaras para vigilar remotamente
