Only works for iPhones
Had the camera for years, works good. Only downside is that it doesn’t work for android users
100% CRAP!
What a waste of money! To install the darn app and get the camera to behave somewhat like a camera, it took me 3 days bc it wouldn't install in my newer iPad and i had to install it on my old, outdated iPad! That trash of-a-camera shouldn't be sold anymore bc it's ancient and can only work on old devices! I finally registered and installed that piece of garbage to find out that I couldn't use the camera bc I couldn't log back on since my password was not recognized! I then had to go through that nonsensical registration & installation process all over again! I'm so frustrated that I'm just about ready to take a hammer to the darn piece of trash and throw it in the garbage where it belongs! Neither "Black Label Innovations" nor "Bayit Home Automation Corp" provide any customer assistance whatsoever! I will NEVER purchase any product bearing either one of those trade names ever again!

Too many issues
I’ve had two of these cameras for a few years, but they never worked quite right. I never get notifications, the time stamp for recorded videos is all over the place, so I can’t rely on the time it was supposedly recorded and the sensor doesn’t seem to function, it records nothing, no movement. Works great if you just want to check in on pets or whatever, but don’t rely on it for home safety.

No updates in 3 years!!
Camera is still okay, but it’s completely pointless since the developers don’t update the app! Says it temporarily won’t work on 5G but that’s all I have so I can no longer use this camera because of this app. Definitely don’t recommend buying any black label products!!

Still won’t work. Now its saying “incorrect password” even when I’ve successfully changed it
