horrible
this app is terrible. the drivers have bad attitudes and are always late (with the exception of Kaaron, she is the only good driver). and the costumer service is such a joke. like all they do is tell you that there’s nothing they can do, which is bs. just use uber or lyft.
App is broken 50% of the time
This app was great until about 3 months ago. I rely on it for getting around and more than half the time I need to schedule a ride it’s not working. I’ve called support and it’s never been helpful. What is going on? Can’t they fix this?

Option to disable promotional messages
Once installed on my phone the app keeps sending me phone pop up notifications every day about ‘Book a ride!’ ‘How was your ride?’ ,etc. please provide a configuration option to disable these promotional notifications so I only receive notifications to my phone for my actual ride bookings.

An easy ride.
The Bayview Shuttle helped me get to a specific destination quickly and smoothly. All I had to do was travel to a place just outside the neighborhood limits, but it was well worth the extra journey. I look forward to catching it in the future!
