I can’t sign in to both of my devices
I have both a tablet and my personal phone, and I use both to listen to Tafseer. Unfortunately, the app only allows me to be logged in on one device at a time. Every time I switch devices, I have to log out of one and log back in on the other, which is very inconvenient.
Please consider allowing users to stay logged in on multiple personal devices, or at least make switching between devices easier. This would greatly improve the user experience.
If this issue is resolved, I’ll be happy to update my rating.

Exceptionally beautifully amazingly presented

Alhamdulillah, Bayyinah TV has been one of the greatest blessings in my journey of seeking knowledge. I never had the opportunity to attend an Islamic university or even study in a formal Islamic school, yet through this platform I have been able to learn and grow in ways I never imagined.
I have completed 143 courses and spent over 1,365 hours studying on the app. The content is well-structured, engaging, and suitable for students at different levels. The lessons help develop a deeper understanding of the Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic studies while remaining accessible and practical.
The teaching of Nouman Ali Khan has been a tremendous blessing for me and my family. His ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable way has made learning enjoyable and transformative. In fact, some of my friends are surprised by how much I have learned and jokingly think I studied at the Islamic University of Madinah, even though I have never attended such an institution. All praise belongs to Allah, who made beneficial knowledge accessible through this platform.
Bayyinah TV has strengthened my connection with the Qur’an and inspired me to continue seeking knowledge every day. I am deeply grateful for the effort, sincerity, and excellence behind this project.

Really the best islamic app
I rarely give good feedback to apps, but believe me this one was the best app that I have ever used. My Senior gifted me a subscription of this app, because I was too scared to buy a subscription before watching it out, but believe me whatever they are charging is very, very less compared to what they’re offering. The story night is way to amazing . I never really looked at the quran in such a way because as Nouman Sir indicated appreciation of the ayah is equally important than reading tafseer. I really want to thank the Bayana Team to having such a feature to share BayanaTV with other members, I really hope that I can buy and share subscription with my closed ones. May Allah grant you, your team and me as well 🙃highest place in jannah.

Amazing app! Improve background playing
It accomplishes. Please make Bayyinah and this app so they appear on screen while other apps are playing. The playback stops or the audio/videos minimizes in the iphone’s dynamic island and won’t stay on screen as a minimized version where we can see the video/app as it’s playing and as we are working through other apps. Also much improvement needed in tracking lessons for students so it’s easy to know where we left off. It’s a major struggle right now.

Contents are priceless but the video player and app needs lot of work.

Last ramadan and Alhamdulliah it helped me widen my knowledge.
Although I am very disappointed with the app experience. As it is a paid app. I hope the team takes the feedback and work on few things:
1.The video player is not good. The video in many contents dont play smoothly.
2. The audio’s are not noise free. There are many ai apps now which can reduce the noise from previous contents like “honoring the prophet” and make them sound more clear. This is one of the chapters a lot of people would explore. So please focus on noise filtering and put the content once again.
3. A class to class purchase like micro purchase of 0.99$ for a chapter would be nice. So work with more subscriptions plans could be beneficial. Also there could be a part where someone who can afford can donate the app to someone who can’t buy the app this month.
P.S: The content elements are so valuable that despite of all the poor quality sound and app experience we are still subscribing every month. Please develop the quality and specially noise free audio would be the most important one.
