Problem mit Zahleneingabe

Seit ein paar Monaten kann ich bei einer Überweisung in der App keinen Betrag mit Nachkommastellen eingeben. Die Hauptsprache bei meinem iPhone ist Englisch und bei der kleinen Tastatur für Zahleneingaben erscheint unten links nicht „,“ sondern „.“ und der Punkt wird von der App ignoriert. Ich habe folgendes versucht: die Sprache für die BBBank App ist jetzt Deutsch und ich habe die deutsche Tastatur für Texteingaben ausgewählt. Aber das hilft alles nicht. Ich kann nach wie vor nur volle Euros eingeben. Sie könnten das Problem beheben, wenn das App „.“ in „,“ automatisch ändern würde.

Jetzt habe ich eine Antwort per Mail erhalten, und es ist klar, dass ihr meine detaillierte Fehlerbeschreibung oben nicht gelesen habt. Mir wurde nur vorgeschlagen, dass ich die App lösche und neu installiere. Habe ich getan und es ändert sich gar nichts! Warum könnt ihr nicht auf einem iPhone mit Englisch testen und die Fehler sehen und dann beheben?

Jetzt nur noch ein Stern!
