SCAM!!!

You have to sign up to this & give out your information but it doesn’t work. It’s a scam.

Only 30 minute max protection was window

I do not see an option to adjust the hours for protection. It has a 0 by the hour’s making you think you can adjust it, but it can not be. Minutes only go up to 30. Poor instructions as well. Bought device and subscribed to premium membership to have more emergency contacts. Hoping there’s a mistake somewhere and it can be resolved.

Update- looks like per website that device can still send out emergency alert without the protection timer activated. Need to test still. Also don’t know why hours is locked at zero even under premium subscription.
