Would much prefer business and personal integrated in the same app
Was able to use the regular banking app to monitor business and personal from the same application. Was notified that business will be removed from the standard app Jan 20th of 2026. Highly inconvenient and would much prefer to monitor business and personal from the same application and make simple transfers back and forth. DO NOT want separate apps and sign-ins. Horrible interface.

Love the bank, staff members are very friendly and my executive is top of the line. When it comes to the back application, I will give it a -100, HORRIBLE application, you cannot do nothing on the application just see your balance, no online bank services. The Face ID has not work for over 2 years. Please please please update you’re online banking. Go to Wells Fargo app, Chase app or Citi app and you’ll see the difference.

Worst banking app
After logging in its a blank screen nit useful at all
Needs an overhaul
Love the bank but hate this app. Actually considering changing banks due to lack of online accessibility. Just looking for past transactions is a process. Face ID hasn’t worked in 2 years. Not very comparable with any other business banking apps.
Only gives your balance
After two phone calls and three emails I was able to access our business account via the app. I’d hoped to check activity and deposit checks. Neither is an option. This is a very limited app and I’m surprised this is all they offer for business banking. All I can see is our total balance.

Crappy app. Difficult to use. Spend a couple dollars and get a new one at bc dollar general
Look at other banks
If you look at other online banking systems you would see this one is low budget. All you can do is look at your balances. Upgrade your online business banking app. It’s HORRIBLE!!!
