Inconsistent login
Somehow they have made the login incredibly obnoxious and inconsistent when using biometrics. Doesn’t even work half the time.
Horrible app and atm service is isn’t much different
The app glitches horribly if you can get in without it taking forever to attempt to load or idles or freezes and then states username and password don’t exist, etc. even when you know it’s right as you used saved password Face ID, etc. Also was informed their horrible app also has a daily 24 hour limit of logins of 50. Meaning you can only look at your acct or attempt to with their horrible online banking 50 times so if you get 45 froze logins you have 5 attempts to login left for 24 hours if your lucky your login will go through and you’ll get into your acct if not there’s always 24 hours later!!!!!
Most ridiculous banking practice ever! Nothing 1800 number could do either except state it should unlock in 24 hours from last attempted login if not call us back tomorrow!!!
ATM’s in many locations in my area are forever unable to withdrawal money constantly. Huge inconvenience when branch is closed. Been with this bank for quite a few years but I’m just not getting the service I deserve. I’ve moved my banking business over and will close these acct’s once everything has cleared.

App is slow
The branch is good! but the app is so slow, doesn’t refresh and is always kicking me out! i’ve updated it everytime it needs an update and still the same issues.
The worst
This is the absolute worst banking app. Worst banking experience as well. Avoid this bank like it’s the plague. I am confident that the positive reviews here are faked to boost the company’s image.
Kinda
It sometimes does what you want it to do, other times the updates make it forget that you exist as a customer. 3 days ago before the last update I had zero problems accessing my account via the app, currently there’s no way to access anything as my “username does not exist.” Especially frustrating as I know my username and password intimately well since this happened 3 months ago and lasted for weeks. My username and password work great on their online platform which has the same backend as the app, meaning it’s literally just a developer problem.
The app feels clunky at best and sometimes it works but not enough to be considered reliable in my mind. Download it if you want an experience seemingly designed by a developer who wasn’t paid enough to care about the end user’s experience.
