This is the absolute worst banking app. Worst banking experience as well. Avoid this bank like it’s the plague. I am confident that the positive reviews here are faked to boost the company’s image.

It sometimes does what you want it to do, other times the updates make it forget that you exist as a customer. 3 days ago before the last update I had zero problems accessing my account via the app, currently there’s no way to access anything as my “username does not exist.” Especially frustrating as I know my username and password intimately well since this happened 3 months ago and lasted for weeks. My username and password work great on their online platform which has the same backend as the app, meaning it’s literally just a developer problem.
The app feels clunky at best and sometimes it works but not enough to be considered reliable in my mind. Download it if you want an experience seemingly designed by a developer who wasn’t paid enough to care about the end user’s experience.

Unable to look at quick balance
Updated the app and now i cant see my quick balance im having to login in everytime just to see my balance wasnt having this issue earlier til i updated the app

Their telephone banking after hours is terrible! Also, the app is completely useless. It was great a few years ago and now it is awful!

Never loads, bugs out & always freezes app so trash including there website too.
