New update is HORRIBLE
The latest update makes the app completely useless. You can’t see dates on scheduled transfers. Also, it takes a ridiculous amount of tapping to do anything on this app now. Plus, it looks like it was made in the 1990’s, and the whole app now feels like a sales pitch for some “dream up” program they are offering. In the meantime, they have dead end navigation, they are missing vital information, and they even had to put up “guides” on how to do anything in the app onto their actual website, because it’s so user-unfriendly. Wow.
Total waste of an app that was perfectly functional before. Switching to this version was clearly NOT a well thought out business decision by Numerica. I wonder how much money they wasted on this travesty of an app.

Great staff horrible app
I’ve been banking with Numerica for years! Love the people and my experience with them however the app itself is horrible, it seems like every time I need the app it’s down either for maintenance or down due to errors or bugs. Numerica staff get a 10/10 this app gets a 2/10

I love Numerica’s banking app. It’s easy to navigate and use and extremely functional. I have an account with another bank and their app doesn’t compare to this one.

Would like to have a drive up option, when your older or handicapped it’s inconvenient to get out of car and wait in line
