Online depositing

The only thing that sucks is depositing your check by taking a picture, half the time it doesn’t work

HORRIFIC PHONE APP

I’ve brought this issue to CVB’s attention several times and nothing is done about it. Other customers have complained about it too. Their phone app for deposits is terrible. Today, I must have tried 10 times, with different lighting and different places in the house and I still got error messages. Conversely, the BOA app is wonderful- it takes the picture when it’s ready and it’s perfect the first time. CVB would rather inconvenience its customers than adopt a better product.

I've been using this app for years and I haven't had any concerns. If there's an issue, the bank quickly resolves the problem and answers my questions.
