Segido se traba el saldo seguido esta en reparación las transacciones no se registran a tiempo derrepente aparece y luego se quitan cambiando el monto total de la cuenta la verdad ay otras apps con mejor sistema que esta app la uso porque tengo que pero la verdad estoy muy inconforme con esta app
Communication is key!
This bank has made me feel like a part of a family. I am learning about even having a bank account and I have not done so well. But with learning it’s important to communicate even if it’s not comfortable at times and this bank has been very helpful when I need explanation on things I didn’t know. Mobile deposit has something to be desired
Overall, the app is good. But the mobile deposit is very finicky. By the time I try literally a dozen times to get a check deposited via mobile. I could’ve run to the bank and had it deposited. It keeps rejecting the backside of the check. I’ve had other bank accounts that have never been so finicky on mobile deposits.

Not so great
App is down often. Checks take forever to deposit. Transferring money between accounts is slow. Seems like the bank doesn’t want me to ever have access to my money. Other institutions banking apps are so much better.

New phone to accommodate CVB software.
Still unhappy w need to upgrade in order for your choice of software to work. As far as your upgrade is concerned - the need for “cloud” storage and operation needs time to be evaluated. I preferred the small town operation of Teller to Client , more secure in my opinion!

Love the app. Such ease of use. Customer service answers my questions promptly. CVB is the best!!
Remote Deposit
Remote deposit software works very poorly. Rejects photos that are clearly visible. Would be helpful if it allowed a live person to evaluate them.
Slow & getting slower?
I have been using the app for a few years now, and it might just be the slowest banking app that I have ever used. It almost never updates balances correctly upon loading in and needs a few extra minutes and maybe a few refreshes to update. Annoying, but not a huge deal.
Except it has now been 4 days since any of my balances have updated. Not sure if I should blame the app or the bank, since it’s on their windows app and website as well. If it continues to happen regularly I’ll probably just switch banks.

Very good bank. I have been a customer since the late 80’s, and I wouldn’t bank anywhere else.
Never works
The app is great when it works but it’s constantly down. The app is unable to update over half the time. The whole point in the app is to be able to see how much money is in my accounts and view recent transactions but 60-70% of the time, the app is unable to load any of that information. If you ever wanted to just guess how much money you have/spent and not really know for sure then this app is perfect for you

La app esta muy útil pero falla mucho cuando inicio sesión me aparece error y no muestra mi balance y transacciones correctas y seguido pasa eso ojalá puedan arreglarla pronto.
