Not intuitive
The names of the menu options are not at all intuitive unless maybe you were one of the people (or AI bots) that wrote the code. Something always seems to change every time I log on and I usually have to call to find where the option I need has been hidden.
ALMOST GREAT
I love being able to access quick info about my Gesa Business account. However, the external transfers and bill pay never works when I want to use it. I’ve even had my local branch try to help.
