Not connecting
After using the app and device for over a year. It just decided not to connect over Wi-Fi. Would not recommend
Dial stinks. Could use a dark mode and widget.
Home Screen widget would be great and a dark mode for the late night/early morning cooks. I dont use this thermometer very often. Not because it doesn’t function, just I don’t find myself cooking to pinpoint internals anymore. I use my inkbird instant read almost daily and love it. These reviews are old and it seems they havnt attempted to fix anything. That’s pretty crumby service.

Horrible
The list of issues is too extensive to list. This app makes a perfectly good piece of hardware almost useless.
No attention to detail
It does work and does monitor the temperatures from the thermometers. But, as an app, it barely works. The app looks like it was just slap together. No attention to detail. Only works in portrait orientation. Cute graphics widely spaced so that only 3 of 4 temperatures are actually visible at the same time. Basically, amateur hour.

Hot garbage
It’s not shocking Amazon sells a product with zero tech support.
Pretty terrible
Doesn’t work. Temperature presets don’t work frequently, data drops regularly, and it doesn’t have a lot of customization. Hard to trust this app when you’re relying on it to not burn your food and it decides to disconnect or revert back to default from a preset. Inkbird makes good products, but should do a better job with their apps as this is garbage and the product is only as good as the app.

Not very user friendly
Does what it needs to for a solid price. No complaints.
Got this on sale for $50. Great value. The people complaining about this have nit picky issues with the app functionality. If you want the highest quality, customizable app technology, I suppose you’ll be disappointed. If, however, all you want is a thermometer that measures temps well, tracks temps over time, has basic temp alarms, has WiFi/app etc. then this will work perfect for you.
One person complained poultry only had one temp alarm allowed at 165 but wanted to set an alarm for a lower temp (but lousy food safety didn’t allow you to). THEN PICK A DIFFERENT MEAT THAT ALLOWS A LOWER TEMP. The metal probe can’t tell you’re lying. Just use your noggin and figure out a workaround.

App does not work
Nothing more to say. It won’t connect to the device.
Works, but barely
Very kludgy controls. Hate how rotate does not work on iPad. Can’t scroll to probe 4 graph on iPad. These are minimally expected functions.
Needs some fixes and Apple Watch companion
This apps needs a few fixes that have been mentioned in earlier reviews. The adjustment dials are finicky and the customization isn’t super friendly. Most of all I would love to see an Apple Watch companion app. Maybe a nice complication so I could easily check my temps from my wrist rather that looking for my phone each time.

App will not send me a code to register the app-therefore I am unable to use device
Problems
The dials to adjust temps are very wonky. Better to just type in the temp value. Also, if I set a custom temp range, it won’t register, unless I change the temp and then revert to the temp I want, if that makes sense. Also, it only has one temp for poultry (165F) and refers to this as “well done”. To me, the term well done means over done and dried out. I’d prefer done well or just right.
But wait, there’s more! You can set up a new food temp and it remembers your custom settings, but if you then click to set up, it defaults back to default instead of custom. Hard to explain, but it’s broken

Terrible App
The thermometer itself works as expected. The app is the absolute garbage. The dials to adjust set points are terrible you have to play with the dials way to much to accurately set the temps. Also the custom profiles are finicky and don’t retain your custom settings. You also have to set up the same custom profile for every channel individually. Overall not impressed at all with this app.

Cant use it
It took me an hour to hook it to my wifi when I first received it and when I went to use it it wouldn’t connect. Tried 6 or 7 times to connect but no luck. My brother has the exact same unit and had no problems. I’m not wasting anymore of my time on this
Drops signal regularly
I really really wish this thermometer would be more reliable. I really like it in all ways other than I have trouble often - like, several tones an hour - with the signal dropping. Super frustrating. Hoping for an app update that fixes the bug. But until that happens - 2 stars for you!
Love the interface
Great app and presets make it easier than looking up cook temps each time. Easy to use.

The graph section does not work. Says no data and will not show temperatures.
