The app doesn’t work
So it crashes all the time. It has tons of glitches and I assume it’s not being worked on by the developers- the product is being returned along with those explanation

If you are on an iPhone, and having problems adding the device, close all the apps on your phone. The instructions for resetting the counter don’t seem to have anything to do with not being able to add the device.
It would be really helpful to have a counter for the left hand and the right hand.
