BBQlaw

Your thermometer's temperature, on your phone, off the cloud. BBQlaw is a free, fully-local app for cheap Bluetooth meat thermometers. Your iPhone talks straight to the probe over Bluetooth — no account, no sign-in, no cloud, no vendor app. Just the number you're cooking to, big enough to read across the yard. • Live food temperature in °F or °C, with a target and a background alert when it's hit • Multiple probes at once — each with its own name, target, and cook preset • Arms your thermometer's own base-station buzzer at your target • 100% local: readings stay on your device Optional: link your own OpenClaw AI agent and BBQlaw forwards the live cook so the agent can watch it and message someone when it's done. Your phone stays the Bluetooth bridge — nothing goes through anyone else's account. BBQlaw is open source. It starts with INT-11I-B-class probes; support for more thermometers is community-driven — contribute one at github.com/patelnav/bbqlaw. Works with food-probe thermometers only (no pit/ambient sensor). Requires a compatible BLE thermometer.
