Frequent problem opening app.
After a log in, I get an error message stating “To use this app, you need to inform your Jira admin to upgrade "JSMobile Branded" add-on to the latest version to benefit from new features”. This is straight after downloading the BBraun JIRA app. JIRA rep doesn’t know what is wrong. He said 11 other users have no problem. The phone is a Verizon iPhone 12 with iOS 15.1.1 and provided by B Braun. So you should already know what restrictions this phone has. Why your app craps out straight after a download, I don’t know. And the only way to get rid of that message is to completely shut the phone down. But after restarting, and logging in, the same error message returns.
