No funciona

La aplicación me trae en un ciclo infinito. En el momento que quiero enviar dinero, presiono en enviar y después me abre automáticamente la aplicación “Bancomer” y me vuelve a regresar a a bbva send y después me vuelve a regresar a bancomer y así sucesivamente. Al final me dice que actualice la aplicación y tengo la versión más actual.
