App doesn’t work
I downloaded the app over a month ago. Created an account, and tried to verify, to which it says that the verification email was sent to my inbox. Nothing was ever sent. Checked spam/junk and still nothing.
I reached out on IG and they told me I didn’t have an account. I took a screenshot of me trying to log in, where it shows that the email is already registered, and still nothing. I’ve been waiting for over a month for a resolution….
Time for another developer to create an app that actually works! The concept is great and fun! Just need an app that works….

Not Receiving Verification Email
Both my wife and I downloaded the app and created an account. One of us on an Android device and the other on an iPhone. Once registered and set to go, we both attempt to login but can’t until our emails are verified. The app says an email has been sent but neither of us received one. We check our junk mail and nothing there either. We’ve both requested resend of verification email and nothing ever shows up. I’ve now tried about 10 times to no avail. Time to delete the app.

The app was so painfully slow initially, but it’s now fixed and working really well!
Getting better
The original app was great. Then came the second version no one asked for, published early in 2024. It was a terrible shock - nearly entirely unusable. But they’ve been working on fixes and improvements. This version seems to be fixed and functional now. I’m still not keen on how the data is organized, but that’s a matter of whats intuitive to you personally.
Overall, it’s a must-have app if you want to know what’s up in the beer world. And collecting points has gotten me some great deals.

Version 2 update HORRIBLE
This has got to be one of the worst app updates I’ve ever seen. The design, while attempting to be modern, is extremely difficult to understand. The icons you chose are not easy to understand and are not industry standard. You could have at least added some text next to the icons. There’s nowhere in the app I can figure out how or where to redeem my points anymore. It’s also says I have more points than I should, but I’ll take the free points! Did you do any user acceptance testing, or ask for feedback to determine if this update is good???

So slow
If there was a race between a snail and this app loading, the snail would win. It’s the slowest app to load, no matter if you’re on WiFi or data.. the speed from opening the app to trying to load and log your check in is atrocious. The app creators need to fix this!

Good idea.. the app crashes all the time
Good idea and we love using the app, but 95% of the time the app doesn’t work. It crashes when we try to check in or redeem.

Ever since the new version came out, it is a complete waste of time! I can be standing inside a location, trying to check in and it always says “Not Close Enough” This has happened on multiple occasions and it is very frustrating? Also my previous check ins from the last version of the app have disappeared? Sorry not impressed with this app!

GPS in app is wrong
I am at a bar listed on the App. I go to check in and it says I am not close enough. I checked address and it is correct. When I do directions, the phone is across the Street from the bar. I took pictures.
App no longer works with iPhone
Got a new phone, the app says it locked me out & I have to create a new account. Then it takes me to an oops something wrong screen. Deleted app and tried again. Same thing.
