Extremely difficult to create account
Multiple attempts to create account needed, if you go to email to get account number you have to start over, password entry took multiple attempts, just bad
Great program, bad UI
User interface is bad - telemedicine requires a second app and account creation. Registration process is clumsy.
Frustrating
Even though this app is connected to BCBS you have to create a a new account rather than just have a direct sign in through BCBS. When I tried to copy my certificate number and paste it, it didn’t work. So I had to fund a paper and pen. The information that I had already entered didn’t save, so I had to restart making a new account. Then when I was emailed the link to activate my account it said “something went wrong.” I had to retry this 4 times. The app is not user friendly

There’s no way to get help when the calls from the doctor don’t work - it rings once for me and then I get a message from the doctor that the call went to voicemail. Please add a help link.
Useless in Japan
I had no problem making an appointment and connecting but in the country I was traveling in (Japan), a prescription from a foreign doctor is useless. You’re much better off finding an English-speaking travel clinic.
Lots of bugs
Would be cool if this was simply an element of the Geo Blue app, rather than a separate app that you need to register for. The biggest bug I found is when signing up, I’d fill the first page of info out, then go to Page 2 where it asked for my Geo Blue number. When I go back to the Geo Blue app, I can’t copy my number AND when I return to this telehealth app, it kicks me back to Page 1 without any of my data entered.

They stopped supporting this app
No update in 2 years and it hasn’t worked in as long. I can only guess it was too expensive to support so they just stopped and haven’t updated any of the GeoBlue materials or other apps. They need to stop linking to this thing. Doesn’t work.
Internal Server Error
What’s the point of the app if the button to connect for Telehealth keeps producing Internal Server Error message. Then the desktop version doesn’t offer a Telehealth option and refers back to the app which doesn’t even work. I’m contacting my employer to look into the contract we have with this application.

Great service
App worked perfectly for me - not sure why everyone else is having problems. Talked to a super nice and helpful doctor.
Expect to Unalive Using This
It rarely works! When it does, you’re usually connected to a doctor who’s not even in the country. It’ll take about 2-3 days to get a prescription sent to a local pharmacy. Connection is often bad and will be garbled the whole time or just disconnect.
This app is useless in a time of need.
I get an error when I use my account number.
The app doesn't seem to work at all. I can't move forward in the system to select the country for either a call or telehealth appointment which means I can't request them at all with the app. I didn't realize it was so useless. Never Works
Have fun logging in. The only thing you’ll get is a “Client code error” and then have your device blocked.

Horrible
Made a video appointment but let getting an error message saying the video call was not available. I then got an email saying the appointment had been cancelled. When I submitted a complaint to customer service the email bounced back, saying the mailbox was full.
Does not work
The app collects all kinds of information and on the very last page throws an error “can’t be blank” when all the fields were completed. Went back and forth several times to triple-check, it would not submit the info to schedule the appointment. Very disappointing.

Logs you out, says people have tried contacting you when they haven’t, doesn’t give you a heads up to join the waiting room, tells you 10 mins when in reality it’s an hour, then when you do finally get into the app waiting room it literally boots you out, logs you out of the system and says error when you try to log back in
Complete waste of time! Don’t bother with it
Disgrace in this day and age with technology so advanced and especially considering the premiums people are paying for GeoBlue this is a shambles
