Every time you call you get a new flunkie and you start over. They’re awful to deal with. The app is incomplete. Many more links needed
Passwords nightmare
This app will drive you crazy. Every time I log into the tele med I have to change my password.
Much nicer! Great insurance.
App is much improved. Still work to be done (no way to easily edit reimbursement account, some typos, a couple of odd duplication of questions on eclaim, no notifications on eclaim processing status) but a lot nicer than last version and great to see improvement.

Very frustrating that I cannot input details for a new trip.

Recent redesign has made this app awful. It is slow. Does not fully load pages. Is harder to use.

Poor responsiveness
I have repeatedly contacted GeoBlue regarding my claim without resolution despite numerous contacts and phone calls. Despite being repeatedly assured that claim is in process nothing has appeared on my GeoBlue site that supports this. It has been almost 7 months since my injury and treatment and I am beyond frustrated with the denials and delay. Avoid dealing with these incompetents

App is always a hassle
Luckily I’ve never had to make a claim but every year that I renew, it doesn’t like my password, I can’t renew through the app, even though it says I can. If I click on the email link, it says password not recognized. I end up calling the company to renew. Ick.
Worst app.
Good luck getting a phone number or help through this rubbish app and company. Worst health insurance company I’ve ever been with. Never again.

Contact form never submits, and they do not accept whatsapp for calls.
So bad
Can not paste user id or password into log in screen. Can’t use a password safe easily. Can not see the password as you type. Also. I can log in on a computer but not on the app. Says invalid if or password.
Horrible UI/UX
App doesn’t seem to optimize for use as a mobile app at all. User interface is confusing and not intuitive.
