Not consistent
Every time I open the app it takes forever to log me in, but if I kill the app and reopen it logs me in.

Not the best. This app doesn’t work far more than it does. And the navigation is somewhat difficult. I noticed today that you’ve made some changes to it since the last time I was in it which was maybe two weeks ago. I had to get Help to find where the blue flex card balances were and today it’s on the home screen although the link didn’t work. I got a 404 error.
I was also trying to turn off all these paper statements you sent me. I really do not want them save the trees. Three members in my family have Blue Cross. We all have paperless notification and we all get paper statements every month. Why? Turn it off.

No provider list
You can have only 10 of your providers listed. If you have a complex health issue, you have more than 10! If you want to see the 10 that you have submitted for your providers, you don’t have the ability to view any of them beside your PCP. I find that very frustrating, especially when you receive a notification when signing in that one or more of your providers are no longer in network. So you have to contact all of your providers to make sure that they are in network! Why can’t they just tell you who it is so you can make provisions to either replace them or accept the out-of-network charge?? It is very time-consuming and overwhelming when dealing with such a complex and difficult health condition as it is. I do like that they list the individual claims. However, It doesn’t show the reason why a particular claim has been denied.

App needs work
I have to log in twice to actually get in. Logging in the first time just makes it do a never ending circle loop and then an error message.
When it works
It's a great app when it works by consistently have to uninstall and install and it just spins so I have to go to the website. It would get better rating if it didn't spin so much and crash
