When it works
It's a great app when it works by consistently have to uninstall and install and it just spins so I have to go to the website. It would get better rating if it didn't spin so much and crash

Total waste to try and get help with what should be a simple problem. I hope I get a questionnaire on quality of service! Not being able to fix a simple problem is crazy! One star is giving to many !
Nothing works but I can see my plans
3 stars because I can see all my plans in one place but the messages won’t open. The billing section is offline so I can’t see if my credit has been applied. The coverage section also won’t open.
Where is pharmacy
Is there a separate pharmacy app?
Mobile app is not good
Too hard to negotiate or find what you need to. Info is misleading. Need to fix this ASAP
