This is the worst app. So outdated. I have call customer every time.
Reprehensible customer service
It’s been almost 2 months now since I opened up an investigation on the fact that I Rogered up to renew my flex account last year for 2025. I was told to wait 2 to 3 days. I’ve checked back twice each time and Told to wait Someone will get back to you. Now almost 2 months and still nothing. This is beyond unsatisfactory!

After using the app and navigating through the pull down menu it makes sense that the “rate this app” tab don’t work.
Good luck submitting anything for reimbursement though FSA or HSA. Had a majority of my submitted clames immediately denied when I submitted them. Never seen a pending status just immediately denied after all items of the clame process on the app were completed. Definitely won’t be using this in the future.

Difficult App on Purpose
This app is made to be difficult on purpose. Uploading a picture of your receipt only gives you a small window less than that of a screen shot. They do this to avoid reimbursing money I’ve already spent. There is no way to contact service on the app, so you have to call in. When I did that and finally spoke to a person (Tim) they hung up on me. I waited for a call back until it became clear that I wasn't going to get one. When I finally got through again I got the same person who said he tried to call me back but I didn’t answer. A lie. I don’t trust this app and I trust this company even less. This company is trash.

Not one of my claim submissions using this app have been approved, despite attaching receipts, they are rejected for "no receipt"

There should be a way to contact support through the app as opposed to calling or emailing outside the app

Great App and easy to use/understand
Upload photo window option is comically small
I screenshot each receipt emailed to me. On the website, you upload a screenshot for reimbursement—easy. On the app, when you click “add receipt”, and “choose photo” from library, then select the receipt screenshot, for some reason, the photo size is limited to a smalls square, which means I have to upload my receipt in two or three different shots. Why???!

Useless - confirmed
Does not prompt for basic information, the omission of which is later used as grounds for claim denial. Additionally, “Comments” section is provided but not accessible via the mobile interface, at least.
BTW, this organization has stolen thousands of my dollars by obfuscation like this over several occasions. Denial is their default.

I’m pretty sure this is tied into 100.00 reading glasses they want you to buy on there store, I sent in a clear and visibly marked out of pocket bill and was denied?? The bill was right from insurance, not sure how much there bonuses are for keeping MY money but until someone contacts law makers what can we do, yea it’s there money now

Every transaction requires you to start over. Very frustrating. Nothing is saved, claims cannot be amended. There has to be a better way.

Awesome App! Easy to use if you submit receipts with itemized statement is key. Fast pay. I love it.
Useless
Does not ask for required information, does not allow you to enter or save information about dependents or providers. Literally had every single claim I submitted denied because they will not store data about my dependents. Cannot edit claim info to provide it, and was not able to add additional documentation.
