Needs improvement
The app needs improvement, I can’t add external accounts and I’ve tried a lot of times.
Frustrating
The worst bank app I have ever used when it comes to the “Forgot username/login” feature. Even when all of the right information is submitted, it’ll still come up with an error & will lock me out of my account. Always have to end up calling to regain access. The rest of the app’s features are fine but what’s the point if it I can’t even sign in
