This app sucks, it is very slow. I have tried to update my Face ID & it cannot even manage to get that going.

Terrible

Terrible app. Glitchy. Changes constantly and breaks plaid connections. Constant issues. They had a very long time to get this stuff correct before the bank merger and months later they are still having issues. This is horrible. I have to look for a new bank because of all these constant issues especially plaid not working all the time anymore.

The worst!

The worst banking app EVER!!!! Every time I sign in I get a notice saying my session has expired. Because of that I am unable to log in. I’ve been a customer since Kaiser Federal and now this horrible bank took over and it’s the worst. I’ll be closing my account for sure!
