Horrible
By far one of the worst functioning apps I’ve experienced, which is concerning since it’s a banking app. Constantly logging me out where I have to input my password, and even when the password is correct it tells me it’s not (I know this because when this has happened I’ve accessed my account through the desktop website with no problems). Other times I’ll open the app and it does absolutely nothing. No loading, no facial recognition. No login. Nothing. Who built this app?? A child???

It won’t pull up face recognition so I have to type in my password every time

Constantly down/slow
Most times on trying to access the app it’s down. Showing error, transferring is also slow and accounts don’t pop up quick enough. Not sure what’s going on.
Always down
This bank’s servers go down for their app more than any other bank I’ve used.
