Prepare to Wait if you go to branch

Went in to renew a cd and was told the wait was 45 minutes to one hour though one person was in front of me in line. Part of customer service is to not keep customers waiting that long. Was tempted to transfer my funds for the cd and my savings to my other bank, Safe CU, my bank of 20 years. They let me call them to handle cd renewals. Not impressed seeing staff not making an effort to speed up line or assist customers.

I love SchoolsFrst but the app sucks. It crashes all the time. I logs my out all the time and just a bad experience.
