Transfers
The transfer capability has not been working on your website or app for over 8 days. Your staff was notified and still nothing is being resolved.
There also was no notification to your customers which is very disappointing.

The best
I have been a member of this credit union for over 50 years and it always was the best. It was the best because the culture demanded perfect customer service and they got as close to that as any financial institution I’ve ever encountered.
It’s nice that they are finally recognized as the best in the country by JD Powers for two years in a row. They deserve it.

I don’t know how many years I have been with you now but I wish I would’ve done this when I was in my 20s you guys are the best bank ever had a problem, always here when I need you even putting extra cash in my account I have recommended you to family members that are now with you as well. I am so happy when your representative showed up at the school. I worked at faith community Church. I was a preschool teacher. And that’s when I signed up don’t even remember the year but now I’m retired. I’m 60. I will be with you to my end of day. Thank you again you’re the best. You are the reason why I can sleep at night.

Schools First mobile app is absolutely amazing. Super easy to transfer money to my son whenever he needs it as well as using Zelle love this bank.

I love the easy access with the mobile app. I can do everything. I need right here on the phone.
My daughter has an account with SchoolsFirst and I owe her some money from the weekend lunch so I can just transfer it right on my app without any problems.

Love Schools First but wish the speed of transactions were quicker. Takes longer than other banks to process movement feom accounts.

I have been with School’s First since they opened. Even my daughter and my grandchildren are banking there. Good service is the best review.

The app with them is easy,you don’t have to wait for processing ,you quickly get the results you want on payments,transfers , availability.
Good, but annoying
I like the app I like all the things that it presents and I’m able to do it except it always logged me out and then Face ID stops working. That becomes very annoying and it’s happened often enough that it’s the one drawback of this app.
Outdated
This app and system seems outdated compared to what other banks use. It takes forever to zelle someone.
