The app always forgets my password and does not let me log in even though I have my face recognition. I’ve had to change my password multiple times. Also, the app always seems to be under maintenance and the app still doesn’t work correctly.

Good App, redownloads needed at times
SFFCU is a pretty good app. I usually don’t have any issues. I can open, transfer, and communicate through messaging. You just need to undownload and redownload occasionally to get your FaceID back and functioning.
