Awful
The app used to be good and then they updated it awhile back. Now the information always 1 or 2 days whereas you used to be able to see in real time your balance. Golden 1 has ruined the app.
Update: I got this non-response from the developer. I’m so frustrated with this terrible app that I’m thinking of changing banks altogether

Login
Whenever I try to login to my account it doesn’t let me in. I’ve talked with a bank member already in person and we changed my password, yet whenever I try to login in it still doesn’t let me in. For some reason I can only log into my account on my dad’s phone, but its burdensome since I can no longer check my account on my own.

The app forces you to agree to electronic notices and disclosures in order to continue using it. Useless company, forcing me to use pc browsers just to access my account.
Can’t use my money
I’ve been trying to make a payment and it won’t let me, it constantly says payment failed due to insufficient funds and won’t even let me add money to anything else when I have more than enough money in the account. Please fix your app or you’re gonna lose me and plenty others!
