App needs to be fixed-update still useless changing banks
Update the app is worse than ever as you can see my review below nothing has changed! My online banking and mobile banking are now delayed two days of transactions!! Okay let’s go back to 20 years of banking progress, might as well use a registrar again! I have alerts I have it all I work for a financial institution I know what a good app is. I’m switching all my things over this is so unacceptable I have no clue what bills have been cleared paid anything and despite everyone on here being vocal this credit union refuses to make changes and fix their issues! Do better! *** I have to be vocal in the hopes this may cause some positive change. In this day and age I cannot understand how an app is constantly having issues. It will delete saved User ID info, not log in, have technical difficulties, constantly crash and so much more. This is the reason I’m am slowing transitioning to a big bank, they have flawless online/mobile banking. Fraud happens in the blink of an eye and I can’t rely on my app properly working! Please do better by your members!

The app used to be good and then they updated it awhile back. Now the information always 1 or 2 days whereas you used to be able to see in real time your balance. Golden 1 has ruined the app.
Update: I got this non-response from the developer. I’m so frustrated with this terrible app that I’m thinking of changing banks altogether

Login
Whenever I try to login to my account it doesn’t let me in. I’ve talked with a bank member already in person and we changed my password, yet whenever I try to login in it still doesn’t let me in. For some reason I can only log into my account on my dad’s phone, but its burdensome since I can no longer check my account on my own.

The app forces you to agree to electronic notices and disclosures in order to continue using it. Useless company, forcing me to use pc browsers just to access my account.
