I’ve had alot of issues with mobile banking. Its so slow, had issues logging in for the longest of times, as an institution transactions take for ever to clear pending.
New update dosent work
One days show an available amount next day shows more next day shows less all without using my account in those days
Golden1 doesn’t care about its members
Almost nothing works on this app STILL, and Golden 1 seems to be in no hurry to actually make this mess of an app even remotely usable. Constant freezes. Blank screens. I have to force-quit the app repeatedly to just get it to give me simple information.
I’m sick of this. You guys clearly do not care at all about your members. You actually seem actively hostile to us. You do this to us every few years. You release a new “experience” that is an absolute disaster. And we have to sit and wait for you to figure it out and eventually fix it, taking months to years for it to finally become useable again, and then you start this absolutely asinine game again from the top. Shame on you. I will be switching to a bank that does not hate its members.

Slow and crashes
Needs lots of work. It feels like a web app and not a native app. Needs more features and needs to be more reliable and also some of the current features don’t work.
