Use better vendor software

Fiserv literally offers an app that has card controls built into the main app, which also uses location-based security. MERCO credit union in Merced does this and they’re like 1/100 the size of G1. How are they a such a large credit union but still manage to offer subpar services. If they don’t get way better by the end of 2023 I’m switching banks. G1 been acting like Chase for quite some time now anyway…

Glitchy

I was able login with no issues, but now it gives an error “unable to authenticate…”. Luckily, I’m about to still access my card controls the G1 main app 🤷🏼‍♀️.

Always Has Issues

Every time I try to log in it has issues. What good is it if I can never access it. Fix it, test it, then put it out for the public. Stop using us as a test bed for something that doesn't work. The App has earned its Low Ratings.

Used to work great

This app used to be perfect. Now transactions go through even when the card is locked.

No ability to send email alerts. If you set a card control, you are likely to set a monthly spending limit far below your credit card limit
