Transferring money

Transferring money takes far to long. It’s digital and should not take 2- e days. Needs to be made immediate.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I had $260 taken out of my account that I never approved. Disputed it, never was resolved and was told my money would be put back onto my account within 10 business days while they investigate. No money and nothing resolved. So basically, they lied, let me be robbed and did nothing.

They put daily or weekly limits on YOUR MONEY. If I have money in my account I should be able to use it whenever I want no matter how much I use it. If you get issued this card don’t even bother setting it up
